Park Section is close to town and shopping, the Park Section offers a combination of classic colonial architecture, sidewalks and convenience. Housing is on the smaller side though you will find some new construction or additions. Perfect for all stages, from just starting out to empty nesters, with some housing for larger families.

Recreation: Recreation is within walking distance including a playground and basketball hoops at nearby Salem Elementary school, basketball hoops, tennis courts, track and numerous fields (grass and turf) at the Middle School / High School Campus. A slightly longer walk will find families at nearby Pine Street park with a fenced in playground, a baseball/softball field, small basketball court and paved trails where many PW kids have learned how to ride a bike or skateboard.

Salem is located between the Park Section and Flower Hill, Salem is home to split level ranches, many of which have been updated or expanded upon. Featuring larger lot sizes than the nearby Park Section, you will find families playing in their front yards or walking the neighborhood sidewalks.

Recreation: You’ll find young families at the Salem Elementary school playground or shooting some hoops, playing tennis, or walking/running the track at the Middle School / High School Campus.
